Our Return Policy
1.Items shipped from Chicros.com can be returned within 30 days upon receipt.
2.Unless the item is defective,swimwear are not eligible for return because of hygiene reasons.
3.15% fee will be deducted for cancellation of orders over 24 hours.
4.If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
5.If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Note: Please contact us if you want to return an item. Return without prior discussion and authorization will not be accepted.

Return Process



1.Contact Customer Service with order information and a brief description of your return. We will send you a printable slip with more instructions. It contains our return address and basic information about your returned order.
2.Print a return order and place it in the package with the item to be returned.
3.Send item(s) back to us through local post office. If you are in urgent need of handling the returned parcels, please contact our customer service and provide a tracking number for the returned parcels.
4.We will process your return in 1-3 business days of receipt of the package.

How to return/refund the product?
We want you to absolutely love your purchase!! If for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied, you can 

1, Return items within 14 days after you receive it. Do not accept any complaints and indemnities due to the wrong size by personal reason and subjective factors and just dislikes the item. No return on promotional items.

2, The item must be new, unworn and unaltered with tags attached. We are not responsible for washed items even if following wash instructions. You can always contact us with any questions, and we will do our best to assist you.

3,We are responsible or partially responsible for all the following defective items within 7 days after you receive it: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn.

Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges. Note: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. 


Which carrier should I use to return?
We’d suggest to contact your nearest post office to return for a better customs clearance procedure.

Exchange

If you are looking to exchange a size or color of an item, please email us as soon as possible to service@chicros.com. We will do our best to put the item on hold for you until we receive your return. Exchanges all depend on availability.
